Our verdict
A focused, easy pipeline CRM that small sales teams can learn in a day. Lite is too thin for most teams because it has no automations or sequences, so plan on Growth at $39 a seat. Pay monthly until you're sure: annual plans are prepaid and can't be refunded.

- Reviewers call reporting and email marketing limited compared with bigger suites
We have not used Pipedrive for our own sales. This guide to Pipedrive pricing combines Pipedrive's help center, its homepage, three independent pricing breakdowns from 2026 and public user reviews, all checked on October 26, 2026. Pipedrive's pricing page blocked our automated tools with a security check, so we couldn't read it directly. The plan prices below match Pipedrive's own pricing page as it appears in search results, and three independent sources list the same numbers. Sources are listed at the end.
The short version: Pipedrive is a simple, visual sales CRM with four plans from $14 to $79 per seat per month on annual billing. The $14 plan leaves out automations, so most small teams that want to save time end up on Growth at $39.
What Pipedrive is
Pipedrive is a sales CRM built around one screen: a pipeline of deal cards that you drag from stage to stage, such as "Qualified," "Proposal sent" and "Won." It tracks calls, emails, meetings and follow-up tasks for each deal, and reminds reps what to do next.
Its homepage says more than 100,000 companies use it, lists 500+ integrations, and offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. It is aimed at sales teams, not at marketing departments. Email campaigns, website chat and document signing are available, but mostly as add-ons or on higher plans.
In 2025 Pipedrive replaced its five old plans (Essential, Advanced, Professional, Power, Enterprise) with four new ones: Lite, Growth, Premium and Ultimate. Its help center maps them like this: Essential became Lite, Advanced became Growth, Professional and Power merged into Premium, and Enterprise became Ultimate. Many older reviews still quote the old names and prices, so check the date on anything you read.

What Pipedrive costs per seat in 2026
Pipedrive charges per seat, meaning per user, per month. These are U.S. dollar prices, which Pipedrive lists before VAT or sales tax.
| Plan | Annual billing | Monthly billing | 3 seats (annual) | 5 seats (annual) | 10 seats (annual) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $14 | $24 | $42/mo | $70/mo | $140/mo |
| Growth | $39 | $49 | $117/mo | $195/mo | $390/mo |
| Premium | $59 | $79 | $177/mo | $295/mo | $590/mo |
| Ultimate | $79 | $99 | $237/mo | $395/mo | $790/mo |
The team-size columns are our math from the per-seat prices, before add-ons and tax. Tech.co (updated October 21, 2026) and BuyerSprint (April 2026) list the same monthly-billing prices. Zeeg lists the same numbers in euros. A few blogs still show Premium at $49, which appears to be an older price.
The monthly markup is uneven. On Lite, monthly billing costs 71% more than annual ($24 vs $14). On Growth it's 26% more ($49 vs $39). Pipedrive's help center says annual billing saves "up to 42%."
Free trial, free plan and refunds
- Free trial: 14 days, no credit card required, according to Pipedrive's homepage.
- Free plan: none. If you want a free CRM, see HubSpot or Zoho below.
- Refunds: Pipedrive's billing article says "Annual subscriptions can't be refunded because they're prepaid." If you cancel an annual plan, you keep access until the term ends. Monthly plans can be canceled any time and stop at the next payment date.
- Data after canceling: Pipedrive recommends exporting your data before closing the account.
Because annual plans can't be refunded, the safest path is the trial, then a month or two on monthly billing, then annual once the team actually uses it.
What each plan includes and its limits
Pipedrive's help center publishes the limits for each plan. These are the numbers that decide which plan you really need:
| Limit | Lite | Growth | Premium | Ultimate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Leads and deals (per company) | 2,500 × seats | 5,000 × seats | 15,000 × seats | 20,000 × seats |
| Custom fields | 30 | 100 | 300 | 500 |
| Reports per user | 15 | 50 | 250 | 500 |
| Workflow automations (per company) | None | 50 | 150 | 250 |
| Email sequences | None | 5 | 25 | 50 |
| Email accounts synced per user | None listed | 1 | 3 | 5 |
| Shared team inboxes | None | None | 1 | 5 |
| Teams | None | None | 15 | 25 |
| Data enrichment credits | None | None | 100 | 500 |
The leads and deals cap tops out at 300,000 per company. When you hit a limit, the help center says Pipedrive doesn't delete data, but you can't add more until you archive or delete records, buy a top-up, or upgrade. Admins get warnings at 80% and 100%.
In plain terms:
- Lite is a shared deal pipeline with activities and basic reports. With no automations and no sequences, every follow-up is manual. A one-person account is capped at 2,500 leads and deals.
- Growth is the plan most comparisons recommend for a working sales team: email sync and tracking, 50 automations, sequences, forecast reports and a meeting scheduler.
- Premium adds lead generation (the LeadBooster chatbot, live chat and web forms), lead scoring, a team inbox, contracts and e-signatures, Projects, and team management. According to Pipedrive's help center, LeadBooster and Projects are included in Premium. Zeeg's breakdown lists Smart Docs as included too.
- Ultimate raises the limits, adds a sandbox account and more security controls.
Nova, Pipedrive's AI meeting assistant, records calls on Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, then drafts a summary, next steps and suggested CRM updates for a rep to approve. IT Brief reported on October 1, 2026 that Nova is generally available worldwide and "included in all plans at no extra cost."
Pipedrive cost beyond the seat price: add-ons
Add-ons are billed per company, not per seat, except Projects. Pipedrive's pricing page lists them, but we couldn't read it directly. These prices come from BuyerSprint and Zeeg, and other 2026 guides agree on most of them:
| Add-on | Price (annual billing) | Included in |
|---|---|---|
| LeadBooster (chatbot, live chat, web forms, Prospector) | about $32.50/month | Premium, Ultimate |
| Smart Docs (quotes, contracts, e-signatures) | about $32.50/month | Premium, Ultimate |
| Projects (post-sale project tracking) | about $6.67 per user/month | Premium, Ultimate |
| Campaigns (email marketing) | from about $13.33/month (1,000 contacts) | Not included |
| Web Visitors (see which companies visit your site) | from about $41/month | Not included |
Sources disagree on Web Visitors: some list $41 a month, others a tiered price starting at $49. Treat it as roughly $40 to $50 to start.
Where this matters: a 5-person team on Growth pays $195 a month. Add LeadBooster, Smart Docs and Projects and the total is about $293. Premium for the same 5 people is $295 and includes all three, plus 150 automations instead of 50. If you need two or more of those add-ons, Premium is usually the better deal.
What users praise
Pipedrive holds a 4.4 out of 5 on Trustpilot from about 3,470 reviews, with 77% five-star and 6% one-star when we checked. Capterra shows 4.5 out of 5 from about 3,060 reviews. The positive patterns are consistent:
- Easy to learn. The visual pipeline is the most common praise. Reviewers say new reps need little training.
- Keeps follow-ups from slipping. The activity reminders on each deal come up again and again.
- Helpful onboarding staff. Many five-star Trustpilot reviews name individual trainers and support reps.
- Good value for small B2B teams, compared with Salesforce or HubSpot's Professional tier.
What users complain about
- Billing and annual renewals. This is the main theme in one-star Trustpilot reviews: charges for more seats than expected, declined-payment loops and refund requests. Pipedrive's no-refund policy on annual plans is the root of many of these.
- Reporting and automation depth. Capterra reviewers describe reporting as limited for larger teams, and say automations can't handle very complex logic.
- Email marketing. Reviewers find Campaigns basic compared with a dedicated email tool.
- Outgrowing it. Some reviewers moved to bigger CRMs as their lead volume grew.
- Mixed support experiences. Many praise support by name, while others report slow fixes for bugs.
What this means in practice: before you pay annually, set your seat count carefully, note your renewal date, and check which add-ons are switched on in Billing.
Pipedrive vs HubSpot and other alternatives
| CRM | Entry price | Free plan | Good fit if |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pipedrive Growth | $39/seat (annual), $49 monthly | No | You want a simple pipeline with automations |
| HubSpot Sales Hub | Free for up to 2 users; Starter $20/seat monthly | Yes | You want free to start or already use HubSpot marketing |
| Zoho CRM | Standard about $14/user (annual) | Yes, up to 3 users | You want low cost and don't mind more setup |
| monday CRM | Priced per seat, minimum 3 seats | No (14-day trial) | Your team already uses monday.com for projects |
Pipedrive vs HubSpot
HubSpot's pricing page lists Sales Hub Free for up to two users and Starter at $20 per seat on monthly billing, with a lower annual rate. That makes HubSpot cheaper to start. The jump comes at Professional: $90 to $100 per seat plus a one-time $1,500 onboarding fee, according to the same page. Pipedrive's Growth and Premium sit in the gap between HubSpot Starter and Professional, which is why many 3-to-15-person sales teams compare the two. Choose HubSpot if you want free to start or plan to use its marketing tools. Choose Pipedrive if your priority is a fast, focused pipeline for reps.
Pipedrive vs Zoho CRM
Zoho's pricing page showed us local currency only. In U.S. dollars, Meetergo lists Standard at $14 and Professional at $23 per user per month on annual billing, plus a free edition for up to three users. Zoho costs less and does more on paper. Reviewers of both tools usually describe Pipedrive as easier to learn.
Pipedrive vs monday CRM
monday CRM's pricing page says plans start at three seats and offers a 14-day trial. It didn't show U.S. dollar prices to us. It makes sense if your team already runs projects in monday.com and wants sales in the same place.
Pipedrive vs Salesforce
Salesforce suits larger sales operations that need heavy customization, and it usually needs an admin. For a team under about 20 reps that just wants deals tracked, Pipedrive is simpler to set up and run.
Who Pipedrive fits
- Small B2B sales teams of about 2 to 20 reps who sell through clear stages: agencies, consultancies, B2B services, software resellers, trades with quotes.
- Owners who want reps using the CRM without weeks of training.
- Teams that want lead capture built in. Premium bundles chat, web forms and e-signatures.
Who should skip it
- Solo owners on a tight budget. HubSpot's and Zoho's free plans cover a basic contact list and pipeline.
- Teams that want marketing and sales in one tool. Pipedrive's email marketing is an add-on, and reviewers call it basic.
- Companies that need deep custom reporting or complex, branching automation.
- Anyone who can't commit for a year but wants the annual price. Annual plans can't be refunded.
Is Pipedrive worth it?
For a small sales team that lives in its pipeline, yes, on the Growth plan. At $39 a seat on annual billing you get email sync, 50 automations and sequences, which is where the time savings come from. Skip Lite unless you're one person who only needs a deal board. If you need lead capture and contracts, price Premium against Growth plus add-ons, because Premium often costs about the same.
Run the 14-day trial with your real pipeline, pay monthly for the first month or two, and switch to annual only once the team is actually using it.
